Cache County crash caused by Utah weather conditions
WELLSVILLE, Utah (ABC4) – The Utah Highway Patrol identified the woman who was killed in a crash in Wellsville on Wednesday.
Officials say Janice W. Bradshaw, 69, of Wellsville was driving northbound on 89/91 near mile post 20 when her vehicle crossed the southbound lanes.
His vehicle was then struck by a pickup truck.
UHP says rainy weather appeared to play a role in the crash.

WELLSVILLE, Utah (ABC4) – A woman has died after an accident believed to be caused by rainy weather in northern Utah.
Shortly before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, the Utah Highway Patrol said a Honda Accord was heading north on Highway 89/91 near mile post 20 in Wellsville.
The vehicle crossed the southbound tracks where it was struck by a pickup truck.
Authorities say the woman driving the Honda was seriously injured and died at the scene.
Rainy weather appears to be a factor in the crash, reports the UHP.
